An EFS Suspension kit is a complete integrated suspension package of springs, struts and shocks that work together to give quality on-road handling characteristics and greater off road ability.

This high quality suspension will lift your Ford Ranger Next Gen RA 06/2022+ approximately 2"/50mm and has been developed to combat Australia's harsh off road conditions.

Package includes:

- Front EFS Elite, XTR, Xtreme or MRP Series Struts (Pre-assembled)
- Front Coils (Comfort/Medium or Constant)
- Rear EFS Elite, XTR, Xtreme or MRP Series Shocks
- Rear Raised Leaf Springs (Various Rates)
- Rear Spring Bushes
- Rear Leaf Spring Bump Stop Strike Plate
- Rear Spring U-Bolts

During checkout you have the option of choosing the Elite series shocks for all round performance, XTR series for outback touring, Huge 45mm bore Xtreme for heavily loaded corrugation use or MRP for the ultimate in performance and adjustability, along with spring rate upgrades.
