All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase, provided the item is in stock.
Please note: Processing times exclude QLD public holidays.

Important: Delivery times may be affected during peak periods (such as Easter and Christmas), public holidays, and unforeseen events like natural disasters.

Damages & Delivery Issues

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery.
By accepting the delivery, you confirm that the items have been received in good condition and free from damage.

If you notice any damage, you must contact Drop Bear Engineering via email at info@dropbearengineering.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process any compensation claims for damage reported outside the 24-hour window.

Drop Bear Engineering reserves the right to assess and rectify any potential issues or damages prior to issuing a refund. In some cases, a repair or replacement may be offered as a first course of action.
